Paul has over 30 years experience in the industry, progressing to senior management. Having amassed the necessary expertise, Paul founded 1st Class Windows Limited supplying pre-manufactured products.
1st Class Window Systems Limited ventured into manufacturing in 1995 and relocated to our present site in East Sussex.
David has 40 years experience in the industry, from surveying to production management and was instrumental in setting up the production line upon joining as General Manager in 1995.
His extensive knowledge of the range and technical aspects of window design, manufacture and installation would be difficult to match. He became Managing Director in 2003 following Paul's decision to step aside.
Adrian joined the Company 15 years ago, having previously worked in fabrication, making him well placed to manage the manufacturing process.
He is responsible for production planning and control, whilst ensuring that the hardware we use meets the quality and standards our customers require.
Adrian also oversees the BFRC rating accreditation, which we have achieved.
Nick has acquired a range of skills over his 22 years in the industry and applies a hands-on approach to managing the factory production in close liaison with Adrian.
His technical and mechanical knowledge helps staff to overcome and prevent problems in fabrication. Ensuring that our end product is manufactured to the highest standard.
Jim previously worked for 35 years in the building trade, installing windows and can bring his wealth of practical experience to help our customers with the design and installation of their products.
Jim has an extensive technical knowledge, which our trade customers can draw on to help with the installation and servicing of our products.
Elliott recently joined 1st Class after graduating from Brighton University with a 2:1 BA(Hons) in Marketing and Business Studies.
He is responsible for customer's quotations and the pricing associated with each of the products that are produced. Elliott manages the IT in the offices and is responsible for the CAD design software.
